i have a 2022 jeep grand cherokee l I am looking to buy a 2 in hitch and wiring for it and have it installed. I am curious on how much it would be to have this done

The best hitch for your 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L is going to be the Curt item # C96NR you were looking at. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Jeep with included hardware.

I really like this hitch because it mounts behind your Jeep's rear bumper cover and can be completely concealed when you are not towing or using an accessory. I have attached a couple of pictures below that will show you this feature.

For a wiring harness you will want the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness item # C27BR. This will provide you with a 4-flat connector that will allow you to control your trailer's lighting functions. I have linked an installation video below.

To round out your towing setup I recommend the Curt Towing Starter Kit for 2" Hitches item # C45534.
