Is The B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch Compatible with Industry Standard Rails?
Question:
I would like the bw companion hitch but I need to fit it to the industry standard rails in my 2011 f-350 drw. It has an 8 foot bed. Is there a hitch and gooseneck ball adapter that you could recommend that is compatible with my truck?

So from what I can gather it sounds like you're looking for a B&W Companion that is compatible with ISR, in which there isn't one unfortunately.
The B&W Companion is designed to be used with either a factory puck system like # BWRVK3305, or with the B&W Turnoverball like # BWRVK3500.
However, since you mentioned you have ISR you're going to have to either uninstall your current rails and install the B&W Turnoverball system # BWGNRK1116 or look for a different hitch.
If I were you, I'd just go with the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3255 instead. This hitch does have a slightly lower capacity (18K) than the Companion but it is still made with the same high-quality American materials as the Companion, and will work with your existing ISR so there'd be no need for new rails.
