Your RBW 15,000 pound hitch should fit in the Reese rails unless they are installed improperly. When the hitch was installed on the F-550 it may have been tightened down with the gooseneck adapter installed and the rails are just out of position for your fifth-wheel hitch. If the hitch you have is not fitting by a small amount I would try to loosen the mounting bolts on the rails and then install the fifth-wheel hitch.
