Will this fit on a 2023 Lexus NX 450+. I would like to get the switch because I like it to design but I wanna make sure it will fit on my vehicle. If I do get it and it doesn’t fit will I be able to return it at no cost for the shipping?

The Curt hitch part #C33NR does fit your 2023 Lexus NX450H and it will affect the hands free liftgate. But what we have found is that if you kick to the sides of the hitch it will still function.
