We can definitely put together a complete kit so you can add electric over hydraulic brakes to your 2019 Grand Design Momentum 351M tandem-axle trailer. You'll need to add four parts to your trailer - the brakes, actuator, brake lines, and breakaway kit; the best for that are the following:

- (Two of these) DeeMaxx Disc Brakes - 13" Hub/Rotor - 8 on 6-1/2 - Maxx Coat/Stainless # DE88YR

- Hydrastar Vented Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator for Disc Brakes - 1,600 psi # HS381-8067

- Hydrastar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Tandem Axle - 25' Long # HS496-252

- Bright Way Push-to-Test Trailer Breakaway Kit with 1-Amp Charger and 5 Ah Battery # 3802346

For your tandem axle Grand Design, you will need to order two of the disc brake kits, and DeeMax is easily the best there is. These are designed to last, with stainless steel calipers and pistons, hubs with a 1,000 hour salt spray rating, and drainage holes in the hub that allow water to freely pass through. They also have have a vented design so heat dissipates faster, which makes them more consistently reliable. This is important because heat really is the enemy of brakes, causing them to lose performance and break down quicker.

Then for the actuator, HydraStar has been the most consistently reliable over time, and their 25 foot brake lines will fit and be the best length for you. The Bright Way breakaway kit finishes up the parts, and comes with a battery and charger so you're set.
