What is the proper torque for this nut?

I do have some info for you but there isn't a torque spec for shackle bolts like the Shackle Bolt for 1-3/4" Wide Double Eye Springs part # 007-003-01. Instead, you'll want to tighten the nut for the bolt until snug and then back it off a 1/4 turn or so. If the nut is too tight it will cause the suspension to bind. Please note, in order to prevent the nut from loosening you'll need to use a locknut like the Locknut for Trailer Shackle Bolt part # TRFA916DLNZ.

I checked with CE Smith and you will want to torque the 1/2" bolts of the U-Bolt Kit item #CE23003 to 65 ft lbs.
