For a 2014 Audi A5 I recommend the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter w/ 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector and Install Kit
Item # C56190KIT. This kit will come with everything you need to wire in a 4-pole connector and transfer your tail light signals to the trailer or hitch accessory lights you're hauling.
If you don't feel comfortable splicing into wiring and using butt connectors then we also carry the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT, which includes quick splices that snap onto the tail light wiring to get your signals.
Both of these kits include a cap on the 4-pole connector to attach it to the tow loops on your Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11188 to help keep it up off of the ground.
