Guide-On Kit Recommendation for Boat Trailer with Steps in Front of and Behind Axle Fender

Question:

I have a 19 foot 8 inch vee hull i/o bowrider that sits on a dual axil trailer with full steps behind the fender and a shorter step in front of the fender. Due to the steps, its not possible to mount the guide posts on the aft portion of the trailer, but I can mount them in front of the forward steps. They need to be angled out. What is available that fits this description?

It sounds like you're describing something like the CE Smith Bunk-Style Guide-Ons for Boat Trailers # CE27660. Guide-ons are pretty universal fits so as long as your frame matches the 3" wide x 4-1/4" tall specs for the U-Bolt kit and you have room to accommodate the 1-1/2" wide posts you'll be good to go.

If this won't work for you then I'll need to know the size of your trailer frame, how far out the guide needs to sit, and how much space you have on the frame to fit the guides so I can make a recommendation for you.

Attached is a review video for you to check out.
