If you don't already have crossbars on your 2018 Subaru Outback then I recommend the following components:

Once you have the crossbars you can then mount the Yakima OffGrid Roof Cargo Basket # Y07138 to them and attach your kayak carriers to the two accessory bars included with this basket. This cargo basket has a total weight capacity of 165lbs so it should be more than enough for your two kayaks.
