Does the Swagman # S64665 Bike Rack Fold Away From the Vehicle For Access

Can this bike rack be folded down with bikes on it to access the back of the vehicle?

No, the Swagman 4 Bike Folding Wheel Mount Bike Rack, item # S64665, does not fold down for access to the rear of the vehicle. We do offer a few 4 bike capacity platform style racks that would tilt away from the vehicle for access to the cargo area, like the Thule T2 Pro XTR part # TH69TX or the Kuat NV 2.0 part # NV22G-NA22G.
Another option would be the Yakima RidgeBack 4 Bike Rack, item # Y02458, that holds 4 bikes and tilts away from the vehicle for access, although with this particular rack, you would need to remove the bikes from the rack before tilting it rearward.
