Difference Between Curt and etrailer Trailer Hitch Receivers For 2022 Chevrolet Colorado

What is the difference between the Curt and the etrailer branded trailer hitch? I have a 22 Colorado and need a hitch but I don't quite know what the difference is.

That is a great question, lets get to the details:
**Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13176.
*etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98909.
Both of these units will have the same weight capacities: 800 lbs. max tongue and 8,000 lbs. max trailer.
If you add weight distribution they both stay equal: 1000 lbs. max tongue and 10,000 lbs. max trailer.
They both have lifetime warranties.
The only difference that you will find is aesthetics, the curt has a glossy black powder coat and the etrailer has a matte black powder coat.
