Will a B&W Companion Slider Work w/ a Rota Flex Pin Box?

Hi I have a 2015 Grand Design Solitude 379fl with a Rota Flex box #1621 328330. Im currently purchasing a 2019 RAM 2500 and would like to purchase the BandW BWRVK3400-5W and BWGNRK1320-5W hitch with under bed rails. Is that hitch compatible with the Rota Flex 1621 pin box? Thanks

Yes, you can use the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider item # BWRVK3400-5W with the Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box item # LC328330. The Companion has 1" thick dual jaws provide 360-degree jaw-to-king-pin contact. This ensures less rattle and more security than slide-bar jaws. The slider that is built into the base of the Companion allows for 12" of fore and aft travel to give you the clearance you need. I have linked a installation video.

The Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # BWGNRK1320-5W is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ram 2500. This kit includes rails, gooseneck hitch head, safety chain loops, and hitch ball. I have linked an installation video.

The B&W Companion weighs over 250 lbs. If that's not something you're interested in moving by yourself and don't want to have to rely on someone to help you then I recommend purchasing the B&W 5th Wheel Lifting Device for Companion and Patriot Hitches item # BWRVXA3130. This heavy duty steel tool lets you lift your B&W 5th-wheel hitch from your truck bed with a hoist. The 5th-Wheel jaws clamp around the device for a secure grip. I have attached a picture below of this lifting device in use.

Don't forget your lube plate. The Lube Plate for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 10" Diameter item # RP83002 will prevent scratches on your fifth-wheel's skid plate and ease trailer hookup.

To make towing with a 5th wheel easier I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 10' Long item # C56070 to your 2019 Ram 2500. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
