Ball Mount For a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 With The Draw-Tite Receiver # 75521
Question:
What 2inch ball mount should be used on this hitch

It will really depend on if you know the height of your trailer coupler and if you have any kind of lift or altered ride height on your 2010 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. When we installed the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75521 on a 2011 Silverado 1500 we found the inside top of the receiver to be 19" from the ground. As most trailers will have a coupler height of 16-18" a ball mount like the Curt Class III Ball Mount with 2" Ball # C45036 will come with a 2" hitch ball and receiver hitch pin. This ball mount has a 2" drop to put you at 17" which is right in the middle of the 16-18" average coupler height.
If you have will use this for multiple trailers and want something easy to adjust the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10048B will give you an adjustable hitch. It can give you as much as a 5" drop or a 5-1/2" rise. It also includes the 1-7/8", 2" and 2-5/16" hitch ball sizes so you can connect to different size couplers.
