Distance from Hitch Pin Holes to Mounting Block for the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10048B

Question:

I have a gravel rock guard that slides over my receiver the mounting bracket is two inches this requires me to have at least 5 inches of shank from the attachment hole center. Can you tell me if I would have that much extension from either one of the two attachment holes on the receiver. To be clear the measurement would be from the center hole of the receiver attachment to the back of the adjustable mount pad. Have a great Memorial Day.

From the center of the first hitch pin hole to the back of the mounting block measures 3" for the B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount # BWTS10048B. That same measurement, when taken from the second hitch pin hole, is 4-1/8" on center.
