Question:
I would like to purchase some aftermarket towable mirrors similar to K-Source Custom mirrors, I would like to retain the power mirror adjustment however my current factory are not heated, any recommendations?

I have a solution for you , but we're not going to have a replacement that has the power mirror adjustment only that is available for your 2001 Chevrolet Silverado. One option that I have is The K-Source Custom Extendable Towing Mirrors - Manual - Black - Pair # KS62073-74G, they have a simple, no drill installation, and has manual mirror face adjustment.
You could also use The K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Flat Mirror - Qty 2 # KS69ZR. You can attach these over your current mirror so you can keep the same functions of your existing mirrors. They are a simple clip on installation which has a snug fit which reduces mirror vibration.
I will put review videos below.
