2013 HONDA ACCORD CROSSTOUR THERE IS NO PLUG IN THE REAR TAPED TO THE HARNESS

The harness on the 2013 Honda Crosstour is not easy to get to and may be forward or backward on the harness it is supposed to be taped to. But if you have taken all those panels out, like in the video I have linked, and are absolutely certain that it is not there then you would need a different harness.
For a T-connector harness for your 2013 Crosstour use # C56215.
