What Does Jumper Harness Included with C56225 Trailer Wiring Harness for 2022 Nissan Frontier Do

The 12 point connection I understand is required for this to function. The other end of the 12 pin is 3 separate connections, what are they for? My truck and trailer do not require brakes so what is the purpose of that connection or is it just the 12 pin needs to be connected to make the 4 wire flat work in the rear?

The 3 connectors on the # C56225 are where the 3 relays included with the wiring harness would plug in. The relays are necessary to activate the right/left turn signals and the running light circuits for the trailer connector.
