I have a 5000 lb , when loaded,twin axle travel trailer that I pull with my Ram 2500 pickup. Can you recommend an inexpensive weigh distribution hitch for this combo. Don’t know the exact tongue weight.

I would be happy to help you find a weight distribution system that will work with your 1999 Ram 2500 truck and travel trailer. I recommend the Curt MV Weight Distribution System item # C17050. Your tongue weight should be right around 10% of your trailer's total weight. This system has a tongue weight range of 500 lbs - 600 lbs and a maximum gross towing weight of 6,000 lbs so it will be perfect for your setup.
