The waterproof construction of this light makes it ideal for use on trailers that may be submerged, like a boat trailer. The housing and lens are sonically sealed together to create a single unit, which means that water will not get into the light and damage the diodes or circuit board.
Surface-mount trailer lights install using a flange or bracket with mounting holes. These lights lay flat against the trailer surface and only require a small, often pre-existing hole, for wiring. Mounting hardware is used to secure the light to the trailer.

Usually I don't really trust websites I don't know but I could not find the part anywhere so this was my only choice. So I ordered this part from Missouri when I'm from Québec, and package arrived no issues.

Complete garbage. ordered a pair, neither work correctly. 1 tail is bright like brake light, other no tail period. test before installing.
Good service speedy delivery, however packaging quality was poor. lenses were scuffed during shipping.

I would not want to receive lights that were scuffed either. Would you able to send pictures of the lights?

I bought this set to install on the back of my enclosed overland trailer.
On occasion, i carry a basket in the trailer hitch location and my stock lights get covered. The Fusion LED lights were easy to install, very durable and are super bright. At night you can see them from a great distance!
Works perfectly. I had ordered a set a year ago or longer and one of them developed a short , so after hours of trying to figure out what the problem was, it was one of the lights I am replacing with this order.

Nine times out of ten when it comes to wiring, there is a simple solution. I am wondering if you have checked the ground connection - you will want to make sure it is a clean, direct metal to metal, secure connection. Also, do all the diodes light up on the dimmer light?
