For a complete flat towing setup on your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, a supplemental braking system, and possibly a high-low adapter. Usually the parts alone cost a couple thousand dollars depending on what parts you're using, and then if you're going to be having this installed by a shop you'll need to have them give you an estimate for installing all of the parts.

We have everything that you need to flat tow your Wrangler and I'm linking our preferred kit below. Please note that the base plate kit can vary depending on what your Jeep is equipped with at the front.

Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - # RM-521448-5 (this fits the standard factory bumper)
Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain Tow Bar - # RM-676
Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit - # HM56200
Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - # SM99251
Brake-Lite Relay Kit - # RM-88400
Stop Light Switch Kit - # RM-751452
Roadmaster Tow Bar Cover - # RM-055-3 (optional)
Roadmaster Tow Defender - # RM-4750 (optional)

A lot of flat towing setups might require the use of a high-low adapter to keep the tow bar level while towing a vehicle. I have linked a helpful article for you to reference to see if this applies to you. If it does then I have also linked our selection of adapters for you to filter through.

I'm also attaching a handful of videos for you to check out.
