Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller to use the Prodigy P2 Brake Controller
Question:
Not sure if this is the correct wiring package for the Tekonsha P2, Any difference between the ETBC7 and ETBC7L?

There is a difference between the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 and the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation # ETBC7L. The # ETBC7L has a slightly different wiring set-up (this will not have the wire that runs to the brake controller itself) which makes it the correct kit for a wireless brake controller.
Since you are going to use the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller # 90885 you will need to use the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7 which will provide the necessary wiring for using the P2. The # ETBC7 adapts your 4-way connector into a 7-way for using the P2 brake controller. If you do not already have a 4-way you will need one and can use the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118344 to get a 4-way. If you already have a 4-way connector then the # ETBC7 will provide the necessary parts to convert your 4-way to the 7-way.
