Installed ETBC7L On My 2022 Subaru Outback Wagon And Now My Blinker/Brake Lights Don't Work
Question:
I ordered and installed a 4 pin connector for my 2022 Outback Wilderness. I also ordered the 7 pin rv upgrade kit for my vehicle, and finally the echo wireless brake controller. After following all installation instructions, and using the curt 7 pin tester, it seems my right blinker, right brake light, brake are not functioning. All the lights are functioning on my tow vehicle. All other functions are working on the tester including 12v power. I am trying to figure out why this would be since I didnt do any actual wiring besides the 12v line. The rest was plugging in harnesss. Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with the 7-Way RV Upgrade Kit for Trailer Brake Controller Installation # ETBC7L on your 2022 Subaru Outack Wagon.
Apart from checking for blown fuses, the only other thing you'll want to verify is, that your grounds are secured properly to a clean, bare metal surface.
You'll also want to verify that your trailer connectors as well as your grounds are clean and free of rust and corrosion.
If you're still having issues after checking, let me know and we can continue to troubleshoot. I have also attached an installation video of # ETBC7L on a 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon, as well as a troubleshooting guide FAQ for trailer wiring for you to check out as well.
