Most Cost-Effective Tow Bar Option For 2001 Jeep Wrangler With D-Rings

2001 Jeep Wrangler. I’m looking for a inexpensive tow bar that will attach to the D-ring mounts on my aftermarket off-road bumper.

So there isn't a tow bar that will attach directly to the D-rings on your 2001 Jeep Wrangler; you'd need an adapter and then a tow bar that fits the adapter. Realistically there isn't an inexpensive way to do this, but I'll give you the most cost-effective option, which is an adapter from Blue Ox and one of their tow bars.
The correct adapter is going to depend on the diameter of the D-ring hole so the pin can fit properly:
- 7/8" Diameter Hole: Blue Ox Aftermarket Bumper Adapter - 7/8" Pin # BX88357
