- Does the Pavement Ends Emergency Top Cover the Windows on a 2006 Jeep WranglerSince your Jeep does not have windows and the cover, # PE5681201, does not have anything that comes down to cover the opening, there is nothing to cover that opening. The solution here is to add some windows to your Jeep. I have included a link to the upper door options we carry for your 2006 Jeep Wrangler. I have also linked the installation instructions for the cover.
