Does the Blue Ox Patriot Press Hard Enough to Activate Brakes of Vehicle Turned Off

Question:

My vehicle is a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara. I just ordered everything for flat towing this behind my RV, shipment enroute. But what Im having trouble wrapping my head around is when a vehicle motor is off and you pump the brakes a number of times with your foot you can start to feel the pedal get harder to push and consequently the braking is diminished and it takes much more effort and force to get the brakes to apply and stop. So with the Patriot working in the Jeep theres going to be a lot of brake applications happening on a non running vehicle resulting in the hard pedal. Its like you can only push the brake pedal so many times on a non running vehicle then it becomes very difficult to brake without turning the vehicle on and getting the boost going again. How does the Patriot adjust for this ? Or simply said, you only get a few good brake applications before you wind up with a dead pedal and then the Patriot just goes through the motions of braking even though nothing is really happening brake wise ? ? ? Thanks,

The Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR operates the brakes of your 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara just fine. This product applies enough force to the brake pedal that the brakes of your Jeep will apply adequately.

The brakes of a vehicle still work when the engine is off, without the vacuum assist feature the brake pedal does get harder but if you press hard enough the brakes will still apply.

The Patriot presses hard enough to still apply the brakes. The couple times you can still get the vacuum assist on your brake pedal when you press them after the engine is turned off is only right after you turn the engine off. If you were to let your vehicle sit for more than a couple minutes without touching the brakes those initial pumps would still be difficult to press.

I attached an install video for a Wrangler just like yours for you to check out as well.
