Which B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch fits the pucks in a 2022 Ford F250 short bed Diesel?

Unless you're using a rotating pin box like the Reese Revolution/Sidewinder or the Lippert Turning Point or the front outside edges and the corners of the fifth wheel are dished in and specifically designed by the 5th wheel manfuacturer to provide proper clearance between the 5th wheel and the truck cab during turns, you'll need to use the sliding version of the B&W Companion 5th wheel hitch for the Ford Puck system which is part # BWRVK3370.

If you're using a rotating pin box such as what I mentioned above, you'd use the stationary version, part # BWRVK3300 along with the # SWW-06 wedge to prevent the king pin from rotating in the hitch jaws.

If the edges/corners of the front of the 5th wheel are concaved-in, and specifically designed to avoid colliding with the truck cab during turns, you can use the # BWRVK3300 minus the wedge.
