Does the etrailer Trailer Hitch Installation Require Lowering Exhaust on 2019 Toyota RAV4 XLE
Question:
Does this hitch require that the exhaust be dropped on the passenger side. Or is there any issue getting the bolts installed? 2019 Rav4 xle.

The etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e23ZR does not require lowering/dropping the exhaust for installation. Your exhaust will remain in place and you will be able to work around it for the bolt-on installation. This is a custom fit, Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. It has a matte black finish and is made in the USA.
For wiring, the Curt Wiring Harness # C56434 you were looking at is the most reliable and what I would recommend. This plugs into existing wiring giving you a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights.
For a complete towing setup you will also need a ball mount. Check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
I have attached an installation video of the hitch on a 2021 RAV4 XLE for your reference.
