How tall will the thule roof racks crossbars be on my 2018 f150 once they are installed also what about rhino rack 2500 crossbars?

When considering a Thule roof rack setup on your naked roof on your 2018 Ford F-150, the height depends on which particular roof rack components you purchase. For example, if you purchase the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711520 you were looking at, you would also need these following components:

- Evo Clamp Feet for Thule Crossbars - Naked Roofs # TH710501
- Fit Kit for Thule Evo Clamp Roof Rack Feet - 5177 # TH145177
- Thule One-Key Lock Cores # TH450400

With this setup, you will have about 3-1/2 inches from the top of your roof to the top of the WingBar. I went ahead and attached an installation video of this system on a 2019 Ford F-150. The height specs on your 2018 model will be nearly identical. It is important to note that this system will only fit 2018 Ford F-150s that have a supercab or a supercrew cab.

If you wish to use a Rhino-Rack like the one that uses the following parts, you will have about the same 3-1/2 height of your crossbars:

With all being said, I recommend the Rhino-Rack system over the Thule system. The reason is because of the overall weight capacity. The Rhino-Rack system provides you with 165 pounds while the Thule system provides you with 130 pounds. As always, it is a good idea to confirm with your vehicle's owner's manual to make sure you roof can handle that much weight.

Given the parts that you are looking at, it seems like you have one of these models. Both of these crossbar systems will only fit if you have a supercab or a supercrew cab F-150. If you have a regular cab, please feel free to confirm that with a response to this answer.

From where the Thule Aeroblade Edge Roof Rack part numbers #TH7602B-TH7603B and #THKIT3112 will install on your vehicle they will add right at an additional 2-1/2 inches of height to the vehicle. I attached a picture that shows this dimension.
