I have included a link to all of the roof racks that we offer for the 2011 Ford Flex with the vista roof. These roof rack systems do not come in contact with the roof panels so I am not aware as to how they would cause leakage but I made a few calls to my contacts at our roof rack manufacturers just to confirm.
