The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13146 and etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98840 that fit your 2019 Honda Pilot are nearly identical with the only difference being the powder coat finish. The Curt receiver has a gloss black powder coat finish while our etrailer receiver has a matte black finish which I prefer personally. I find the matte finish has a more OEM look as it matches with the trim panels that are on your Pilot. Both class III receivers have the same weight capacities of 900lbs tongue weight and 6,000lbs trailer weight. With a weight distribution hitch total trailer weight increases to 8,000lbs but be sure to not exceed any weight capacities given by Honda for your Pilot.

Depending on your use for the receiver you will likely need either the 4-Way Flat Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118760 or the 7-Way Blade Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118286.

The 4-way harness will work with most small trailers and can also be used for Auxiliary Lights # C53201. These lights are recommended when your bike rack or cargo carrier block the view of the tail lights on your Pilot.

The 7-way harness is needed on larger trailer that require a charge line or have electric brakes that require an electric brake controller like the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195. An Adapter # PK12716 can be used with the 7-way if you need to pull a trailer that has a 4-way or use the Auxiliary Lights # C53201 with a hitch mounted accessory.
