The only difference between the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13264 and etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98905 for your 2022 Toyota Tacoma is the finish; apart from that, the two hitches have the same installation, capacities, and look. The best hitch for you really depends on the look you prefer for your '22 Tacoma.

If you want the hitch to have a glossy finish, then the right hitch is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13264.

Of if you prefer a matte black finish then go with the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98905.

I also wanted to mention that if you plan on doing some towing with your Tacoma and need a wiring harness, the correct fit is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56349.

The etrailer hitch part #e98905 that you referenced fits all models of the 2018 Toyota Tacoma including the 4 cylinder models so it would work great for you.
