Ive got a 1977 Ford F-250 4x4 and my frame is narrow, I do not want to drill any holes as well

Sounds like you have a cab and chassis model Ford F-250 which has frame dimensions of 34 inches measured from outside to outside which we have hitches for like the Curt # C14082 but there is drilling required to install this hitch as well as any other hitch that would fit your truck.
