2007 Isuzu N-Series

Installed on 2007 Isuzu NPR chassis with frame extensions for bumper brackets.
This hitch DOES fit. Actual hitch width is 33.75 inches so it fit perfectly between the bumper bracket extensions. Slid in Like buttah.
Hardware length allowed for avoiding a bolt head protruding from the frame and installing double shims from underside. Very helpful.
5.5 inch drop put receiver below the bumper. Thank you etrailer for pictured measurements.

real good havent pulled anything yet

by:

Hitch fit good on a 74 Ford super camper special. There we two rivets on the frame for a crossmember that I ground down and drilled out because they were exactly where I wanted the front mounting hole on the hitch to be located. Other than that pretty good.

by:

Have not put the hitch thru any hauling duties, it was easy to install, l completed the install by myself.

I purchased a used ambulance as a work vehicle for my company. Needed a hitch but not sure which one I would need because of the ambulance box. One phone call to etrailer with their friendly operator and a referral number to tech support and I had my answer. A couple of quick measurements and I had my hitch product number. Placed my order online on a Monday, hitch arrived on Wednesday. Drilled the required holes in my vehicle
and I was in business. Fantastic service! Between friends an family we have ordered at least 6 hitches and accessories over the last several years.

What are the measurements and demensions of this hitch? I understand that all of the Chevy GMC 1/2 and 3/4 ton pickup frames are the same between 1967 and 1972. My truck is a 1969 C/10 long bed with the coil spring suspension. Will this hitch bolt up onto my frame without having to modify either the frame or hitch?

Patrick B.

2/25/2014

You will most likely still need to drill holes for the bolts to pass through the frame and the hitch. So long as your truck has 34 inch frame spacing and a standard bumper, you will not need to modify the hitch. Check out the instruction link on the product page, it will show you what is required to install the hitch. You can compare that with your frame and get a pretty good idea of how it will all go together.

by:

Hitch is beautiful, I give it 6 stars.
I
didn't expect to have to drill holes in the frame to attach it. (subtract 2, for extra work)

by:
1987 Chevrolet C/K Series Pickup

by:

Great product and good service.

by:

Too easy! etrailer made the purchase and shipping so easy and the install was a breeze!

by:

PRODUCT IS AS DESCRIBED, CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER, ANY QUESTIONS I HAD WAS ANSWERED WITH DUE DILIGENTS

by:

Really nice and easy to install. It does it’s job

by:

Talk to the guy about the Curt hitch that went bad and he was very rude, arrogant, and didn’t have any interest in listening to my explanation of what went wrong with the prior hitch.

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver for 1993 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis
For your 1993 Ford F-350 cab and chassis, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" # C14082 which is rated for 10,000 lbs and tongue weight of 1,000 lbs and goes to 12,000 lbs and 1,200 lbs tongue weight when paired with a weight distribution system. This is a larger capacity than some Class V hitches, and most likely will meet your needs. We don't currently have a manufacturer that makes a Class V hitch for your vehicle. With this hitch, I recommend the...

  • Hitch for 1986 Chevy K10 Pickup Truck without Rear Bumper
As long as the truck doesn't have a roll pan, you can certainly install a hitch even though the truck doesn't have a bumper. If a 6000 lb towing/600 lb tongue weight capacity would work for you, I'd recommend the Curt Class III receiver hitch, part # 13028. If you'd like a hitch with a bit more capacity (which could be limited by the towing capacity of the truck if it's lower), the Curt Class IV hitch, part # C14082 is what I'd recommend. The Curt # C14006 you'd looked at is a fit for...

  • Will The Curt 13900 Fit A 1979 Chevy 1/2 Ton Pickup
For a 1979 Chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup I do have a hitch solution for you. While the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13900 is not a fit, you have multiple options to choose from depending what model you have. For a 6' or 8' bed with standard bumper # C14082 is what you're looking for while for the deep drop bumper # C13099 is instead the correct hitch. For the cab and chassis model, the Curt # 13028 would then be your choice. Included is a Help Article on this topic to refer to as well.

  • Availability of Class IV or Class V Hitch Receivers for 1996 Ford F-250/350 With Bucket Truck Frame
We do have a Class IV trailer hitch receiver from Curt, part # C14082, that is confirmed to fit a 1996 Ford F-250/350 Cab and Chassis style frame. As long as your Ford has 34 inch frame spacing this hitch receiver will fit. It has bolt hole centers that measure 31-1/4 inches that you can use as a reference. If you have bolt holes that are 38-5/8 inches from frame to frame, then the Curt # 14055 will work. If you have the standard 42 inch frame the # C15323 has slotted holes that are 39-1/8 inches on center.
