Hello, I have an 06 Chevy Silverado that has a Curt aftermarket brake controller and was wondering if this would be compatible?

The Dexter adapter module # DX35FR was designed to allow factory integrated brake controllers to be used with electric over hydraulic actuators by basically tricking the controller into thinking there's a brake magnet load on the circuit.

There's no reason it wouldn't work with a Curt brake controller but we can't promise it would perform perfectly. A better choice would be a new controller that is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes like the P2 part # 90885.

Since your factory Ford brake controller has a hydraulic mode setting you would not need to use any type of adapter like the part #DX35FR that you referenced.

This is exact same adapter as the Dexter part number you mentioned with the part #DX35FR. Now with that said your 2022 Ford F-250 shouldn't need this adapter so that makes me think you just need to put your brake controller into hydraulic mode.
