Well, turns out this “Kit” was short one washer. Due to this we had to reuse one of the old washers. We had the bar in pieces so we really wanted to complete the job.
It is a simple thing on etrailers part which caused a major issue for the customer.
I bought this Blue Ox rebuild kit about a year ago. I installed it then and it has been working great ever since Thanks etrailer everyone was very helpful
this is exactly what I needed, and was delivered in a timely manner as usual, and the price was right, everything went as planned
