I have a solution for you, but you can't use the Roadmaster # RM-058-4 to tow a trailer; this high/low adapter is only suited for flat towing where there is not any tongue weight. Instead you can use a hitch reducer like the Gen-Y Hitch Reducer Sleeve - 2-1/2" to 2" - 5-1/2" Long # 325-GH-007 to make your 2-1/2" receiver on your 2021 Chevy Silverado 2500 into a 2" receiver that will work with your existing weight distribution hitch.
You could also get a completely different shank that would work in your 2-1/2" receiver; something like the Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank - 2-1/2" Hitch - 8" Rise, 4" Drop # EQ90-02-4800 would work in your 2-1/2" hitch and has a 4" drop. This would work work an existing Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution system.
