Blue Ox Pro Weight Distribution Hitch Shank for 2-1/2 inch Hitch

Question:

I have the BXW1000 Blue Ox Pro Weight Distribution Hitch with 7 holes. I upgraded vehicles and now have a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 receiver hitch on my Chevy Silverado Duramax 2500. Would like a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 shank, but afraid the BXW4028 9 hole adjustment will be too low. I also use the Rock Tamer. Do have a replacement shank that has fewer holes and not as tall? Thanks.

The Equal-i-zer Weight Dist Shank # EQ90-02-4900 would work well. It's not so tall that would it cause too much potential to drag. This has a distance of 4 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest flange bracket.
