The Curt Class I hitch part # C11424 that you referenced does fit your 2018 Hyundai Elantra Sedan and has a towing capacity of 2,000 lbs trailer weight. I looked up the towing capacity of your vehicle and it appears to have a 750 lb trailer towing weight capacity so you'd be limited to that as your overall towing capacity.
Then for trailer wiring you'd want the part # 118692 which is a custom fit option with a very reliable converter box as well.
Then for a ball mount you'd want the part # C45521 and hitch ball # A-80.
