Could you weld another 2” receiver on too for my hitch mount flag pole mount?

While you wouldn't be able to weld another 2" receiver on, there is a solution for your 2020 Ford F-450 to use your hitch-mounted flag pole mount with the MORryde Hitch Mounted Trailer Stabilizer for 2" Trailer Hitches # MR22AR.

What you would do is add a TorkLift hitch that has two receivers, with the bottom being a 2" receiver and the top being a 2-1/2" receiver, though it does come with a 2" adapter sleeve. The correct fit for your '20 F-450 is the following:

- TorkLift SuperHitch Magnum Trailer Hitch Receiver # TLF1008-30

This will give you the two receivers you are looking for so you can use both the stabilizer and your flag pole mount. I have added a link below to a video install on an F-450 for you to check out as well if you'd like to take a look.
