I bought the C56413 connector but it will not for my 2019 F150 harness plugs. Suggestions?

Where exactly are you attempting to plug the harness in?

Unlike many trailer connectors, the # C56413 doesn't use a round connector. The connector you're looking for is located on the cross-member directly behind the 7-way, it could be partially hidden by the spare tire, so dropping the spare could make it easier to find.

I've linked to a video showing where the connector is located, fast forward to the 3:05 minute mark and you'll see the connector I'm speaking of.
