I see that you'd looked at both the Redac # RED24FR Tow-Pro Liberty as well as the Tekonsha # TK90160 Primus.

Either controller would work well, to answer the question of which would be the best controller for you will depend on how familiar you are with brake controllers, your budget and whether you'd be satisfied with a traditionally mounted brake controller that would bolt to the underside of the dash like the Primus or whether you'd prefer a remotely mounted controller like the Tow-Pro Liberty.

One of the best selling points of the # TK90160 Primus is its cost. This is a proportional controller that's easy to use and reasonably priced, but still would provide predictable, safe and reliable braking. The downside? Some folks might not be thrilled with drilling mounting holes in the underside of the dash of a brand new vehicle.

On the other hand, the Tow-Pro Liberty will mount remotely, with the only visible portion of the controller being the control knob that can mount anywhere within the driver's reach. If your dashboard has an unused switch knockout, you'll have the perfect mounting location for the control knob. Really the only downsides would be the cost and having to learn the color codes for all the LED's and the various functions.

If you prefer the lower cost and simplicity of the # TK90160 Primus, you'd need the # TK93VR wiring harness.

If instead you wanted to go with the less-visible Redarc # RED24FR Tow-Pro Liberty, you'll need the # 3045-S harness as well as the # RED69FR pigtail which isn't included with the brake controller. You'd wire up the harness to the pigtail color for color, you'd need 2 # DW05745-1 and 2 # DW05714 butt connectors to make this connection.

Either controller would work very well for you. I'll link to demonstration videos for both controllers that fully explain their various features.
