I HAVE A BRAKE CONTROLLER HOPKINS WITH A UNIVERSAL PLUG IN .I DONT KNOW THE COLORS CONECTIONS , LIKE. WHAT IS BLACK FOR ? WHAT IS RED FOR? ...............WHITE FOR? ..............BLUE FOR? IF YOU CAN ANSWER THIS QUESTION FOR ME PLEASE. THANKS

The traditional wire colors for brake controller installation are white for ground, black for 12 volt power, red for stoplight switch, and blue for brake output.
