Need a hitch for a 2021 Toyota Tacoma access cab ,like a extended cab and 4pin trailer hitch light kit ,please advise.

For your 2021 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab, I recommend going with the Curt Trailer Hitch Class III - 2" # C13264. This is the highest weight capacity hitch we offer with a max tongue weight of 900lbs and max towing capacity of 6,000lbs.
This hitch has a strong rust-resistant paint that will be sure to protect it from the elements.
All necessary hardware and instructions are included, but I have also attached an installation video for you.
If you do not have the factory tow-package, then you will need a wiring kit with 4-pin connection.
I would go with the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56349. This is a very popular option and has a simple install process. I have also attached a demonstration video for this.
