Any 3/4 ton or 1 ton (250/350 or 2500/500) is going to be able to handle the weight of your 5th wheel trailer without a problem. This trailer is actually on the light side as far as 5th wheels go, but I imagine that the weights you have given are the dry weights and the trailer will have a higher gross weight. But that will not be a problem either.
An F-250 will be a good choice. But I strongly advise that you get a long bed (8 foot bed). A long bed truck is going to provide you with the most clearance between the back of the truck cab and the front of the trailer so you can safely make 90 degree turns without colliding the trailer into the truck.
On a short bed truck you would have to use a slider hitch which is an extra expense and, depending on the width of the trailer, does not always offer enough clearance. Also, you will want to avoid step-side beds because you cannot install a 5th wheel hitch in them. You can use a dually if you find one that fits your needs.
One you have found the truck be sure to get back with us so we can recommend the proper installation kit and a hitch. I have included a link with some 5th wheel information for you.
