Replacement Tire And Wheel Options For 5.30-12" Tires On 12" 5 on 4 1/2 Wheels
Question:
I have a small trailer that I converted into a smaller ATV woods trailer. It currently has 5.3x12 tires on it and has five lugs. The rims are corroded and I want to replace them. While Im at it I would like to increase the width of the tire. Are there any other trailer or ATV type rims that have this five lug layout but are wider? I would like to keep the same overall tire diameter within reason. Thanks

I do have an option that will give you wider tires than the 5.30-12 tires you currently have on your trailer.
I recommend going with the Kenda 225/55B12 Bias Golf Cart Tire # AM1HP60 which will be 3.3" wider and the same overall height than the 5.30-12 tires but will require a 12x7 wheel which unfortunately we do not carry. You can possibly find a suitable wheel option at a lawn and garden retailer as these wheels are commonly found on golf carts.
For a option to directly replace what you have we have the Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM30859 which will replace your 12" 5 on 4 1/2 wheels and give you a fresh set of tires to match. The white powder coat finish will keep the wheels from rusting and corroding in the elements.
