I have a solution for you, but the differences between the AirLift 5000 # AL89295 and AirLift 7500 # AL57595 extend to the brackets and mounting hardware. For that reason you won't just be able to swap out your 5000 air bags with the Replacement Air Spring for Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL System - Rear Axle - Qty 1 # AL50236 and you will need to replace the complete system if you're looking to upgrade to the AirLift XL 7500 # AL57595. You should be able to reuse the air lines from your old system, so that would save you some time on the installation.

Since the 7500 air bags are bigger the brackets are not the same between the 5000 and 7500 series Air Lift LoadLifter kits so you'd need the complete 7500XL kit part #AL57541 for your 2021 GMC Sierra 2500 to get the additional support.
