Your 2007 Hummer H3 should have four or five blunt cut wires under the left side of the instrument panel to the left of the steering column. You should see a bundle that contains a red wire with a black stripe, a white wire, light blue wire with a white stripe, a dark blue wire and possibly an orange wire.

The bundle could be above the emergency foot brake, behind the plastic kick panel or above the brake pedal. This bundle of wires is what is used to hook up the electrical lead wires coming off the back of a brake controller. I will include a link to a page to a brake controller help page that has a chart on how to match the wire colors. You may need to cut off the plastic connector at the end of the wires because your vehicle will not use a plug-in style connector.

I have attached two help articles that should help you when installing the brake controller in your vehicle as well as an installation video. The vehicle and brake controller in the video is different, but it should help you locate the wire bundle under the dash and give you an idea how to connect the brake controller.
