Hanger Spacing Recommendations for a Triple Axle Trailer with 25-1/4 inch Springs  

Question:

I have a home built tri-axle gooseneck w/3inch dia. 8 lug axles,6 leif springs 25 1/4inch eye to eye, 3inch top of axle to center of eye,w/3 1/8straps,7 3/4inch triangle rockers and I would like to know the correct hanger spacing and hieght for front center and rear hangers.

I did some checking and it looks like on springs that are 25-1/4 inches in length measured from eye to eye you will want the distance from the first hanger to the second to be 29-1/2 inches, from the second hanger to the third you will need it to measure 34 inches and from the third to the fourth 29-1/2 inches.

This measurement is from center to center of the hangers. Check out the pictures I attached that show
