The Convert-A-Ball Multi-Cushioned Gooseneck Trailer Coupler - Round - 30,000 lbs # CG doesn't have a specific torque spec because it is just the inner sleeve. The set bolt torque spec you need would be based on the outer sleeve with the bolts. Based on similar goosenecks this would be in the neighborhood of 125 ft lbs but I can't give you anything specific from the manufacturer.
