Hi, will this tilt enough with or without bikes to open the swing trunk on a jeep?

For your 2020 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited there's really only one style of bike rack that will give you access to the rear cargo area with bikes loaded and that's a swinging style bike rack like the Thule Apex Swing part # TH9027XT. Since your door opens to the side the folding racks wouldn't give you access with the bikes loaded either.

If you were in need of a trailer hitch as well the Curt hitch # C13392 would be the way to go as it has the best clearances for a bike rack.
